The most important human assets

Have you ever wake up from a deep sleep wondering where you are or even who you are! I don’t know if this is a nice feeling, but for me it happened and it was an amazing feeling. Here what happened:

Last month I had an operation, it was very simple one but since I will be under general anesthesia I was afraid. From what? I don’t know. I wasn’t afraid from passing away since I am not afraid of death, but maybe I was afraid from discovering illness in my body and start the journey of healing myself, which is still very tricky for me.

Before going to the operation room, I pray to GOD and ask the spirits to take care of me during the operation. I surrendered myself completely to the universe believing that what will happen is part of my soul journey on the earth and I will be taken care of.

When I waked up, I heard the nurse saying: “Look at her, she is smiling”. Yes, I was smiling, I was aware of that and aware of my body. But there was that feeling that I am different, something had changed. I can’t remember any dream while I was sleeping during the operation, but I was sure that something had happened. I asked the nurse how the operation went, and she affirmed that everything was ok.

The very next week after the operation I started noticing the change in the way I am thinking and I took one of the most important decisions in my life: to flip the page of the last chapter of my past, and restart fresh and new, not afraid of judgments or any implications. I was ready to face the whole world with my new beliefs. I know it is scary and painful but not more painful than hiding behind my finger.

I set myself free from any religious belief or culture custom that doesn’t resonate with me a long time back, but it is the time to say it loud.
Even though I don’t know what happened during the operation, what ride I had been to. But what I am sure about is that my prayers had been answered and the universe took very good care of me.

Beliefs and choices are the most important human assets, no one has the right to judge you, guide you or force you to change them. You have the right to create your life and live it according to your beliefs and choices. Forget about what we have been raised upon and what your guardians and culture had injected into your brain and make your own life.

A spiritual trip to Tasmania

At 2017, after reading lots of books about manifestation, and having a long talk with Kachina (my spiritual teacher), I started playing with the law of attraction and listening to my inner voice to become a happy person and attract only the things that make me happy and have fun in life.

Neither manifestation nor listening to my inner voice was an easy process for me, but all take a try. So at the end of 2017, I manifested that I want to travel to nice places and meet new people without spending lots of money. The answer came so quickly in a way that shocked me when I met people traveling as volunteers, working 4-5 hours daily and not paying for the stay or food.

I decided to give it a try! My first trip as a volunteer was to Tasmania, I don’t know why I choose Tasmania, maybe since the travel will be at April and the weather will be nice there, also I love nature very much.

It was scary for me even to think to travel since I have no idea from where to get the money for the flight or the pocket money! But I asked the universe: I want to travel during the school holidays to Tasmania, and don’t know how, but I want to travel and I want to have fun.

I don’t know how everything falls in place by itself, even I got the intuition (my inner voice) not to plan for any trips in Tasmania till I arrive there, and only to plan one day ahead. It takes only trust and letting go to really get it all; a leap of faith that I am between the hands of the universe which will take very good care of me and give me an amazing trip.

The trip was beyond my expectation; it was one of the most amazing travels that I did in my life. I met amazing people, who are very happy, or at least becoming happy is one of their missions and aims in life. I met people who want me to be happy by planning trips to me and offering lefts or company! I was amused by the result.

Life is amazing, it is our responsibility to make ourselves happy, no one ever can manifest your reality but you. So make it happen.

What is spirituality

Everybody is spiritual, this what one of my teachers keeps saying if I asked her: is that person spiritual? the level of our spirituality may differ.

Today I was telling a friend about the spiritual retreat that
I am organizing, I said to him: this will be a crazy retreat. He said why crazy? what is your definition of crazy?

My answer was: most of the people who go to retreat, especially the meditation retreat expect that they should behave themselves, regardless what does that mean to you, going within ourselves is so important, but having fun is more important than that.

spirituality has nothing to do with your beliefs,  other than one common believe: we are here on earth to enjoy life, with one condition: no harm to anyone!!

Another nice definition of the spiritual person - from the same teacher-  he/she is a person who wakes up every day wanting to be better than the previous day!

For me, being spiritual is the understanding that I am a lovable being, and I deserve all the best, so all other beings. And for that we are allowed and encouraged to have fun, live a life full of love, joy, laughter. Live an adventurous life.

A person who loves his work, or at least does it with the intention of enjoying it and doing it perfectly is a spiritual person.

A person who tells a not-beautiful person, that you look amazing today  -for the sake of letting them feel good and draw a smile on his/her face- is a spiritual person.

A person who left what bother him/her during the day in front of his house before stepping inside it after a busy day, for the sake of enjoying the rest of the day with his family is a spiritual person.

Every day I wake up with determination to live a day without getting angry, without worrying about anything, and to have lots of fun and joy, and to draw a smile in at least three persons during that day :)
